**Terms and Conditions - Dap Businesses**

1. **Membership Fee**: A one-time, non-refundable membership fee of INR 1200 is required to join Dap Businesses. Upon successful registration, you will receive a high-quality, trending product as part of the membership package.

2. **Monthly Income**: Members are entitled to receive a monthly income of INR 80 for the next 22 months from the date of membership. Payments will be made directly to the bank account provided during registration.

3. **Eligibility for Monthly Income**:  

  - To qualify for the monthly income of INR 80, members must refer a minimum of two new members who successfully join Dap Businesses using their referral link or code. 

  - The monthly income will begin once the two referred members have completed their registration and paid the membership fee.

  - Referral bonuses are applicable only after successful verification of the referred members.

4. **Product Delivery**: The trending product included with the membership will be delivered within 15-20 business days after the membership fee is received and processed.

5. **Income Distribution**: The monthly income of INR 80 will be distributed on a predetermined date each month. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but members will be notified in advance.

6. **Non-transferability**: The membership and its associated benefits, including the product and monthly income, are non-transferable. Each membership is valid for one individual only.

7. **Duration**: The monthly income will be provided for a maximum period of 22 months, starting from the first month after eligibility is confirmed.

8. **Termination**: Dap Businesses reserves the right to terminate a membership in the event of fraudulent activity, misuse of services, or violation of any terms and conditions.

9. **Changes to Terms**: Dap Businesses reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or the contact information provided.

10. **Dispute Resolution**: In case of any disputes, Dap Businesses will attempt to resolve the matter amicably. However, all legal matters will be subject to jurisdiction in the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
